Challenge:
An online clothing store began to sell couture, and wanted an elegant box to elevate the customer experience. The rigid setup boxes they loved are delivered already assembled, this results in high shipping costs.
Solution:
The company approached Anton Floyd create a rigid set up box that ships flat like a folding carton.
Our engineers redesigned the rigid box to make it collapsible by applying glue adhesives to specific panels of the box. In doing this, the integrity of the box itself was not compromised, however it still functioned as it did before, and shipping fees are now cost effective for the customer.
